Scribes supports law reviews and law review editors in a variety of ways. For decades, Scribes has presented the Best Law Review Article award to the best student-written paper published in a law review. In 2022, the organization produced The Scribes Manual for Law Review Editors, which includes 19 chapters to help editors understand and perform their myriad responsibilities. During 2022-2023, Scribes presented a monthly webinar series to further explore topics of interest to editors. And in March 2023, Scribes hosted the first virtual National Conference for Law Review Editors. The conference featured speakers such as Professor Richard Delgado, Professor Martha Minow, and Dean Elizabeth Kronk Warner. In addition, every other year, Scribes will conduct a national survey of law reviews on a variety of topics.

Are you a law review editor or faculty advisor? Scribes seeks your help with an important national project: our 2023-2024 national survey of law reviews. This survey is a follow-up to our 2021-2022 survey, the results of which are posted at https://www.scribes.org/lawreview-project/.

We are asking each student-edited law review or law journal in the U.S. to participate in the survey, which is available at the following link: https://www.surveyhero.com/c/lawreview  We are seeking responses by January 29, 2024.
